Keeping the Love You Find Workshop for Individuals
ABOUT: What is it like to be in relationship with you?
What is it like to be in relationship with you?
This is a question we seldom ask, but the key to improving our relationships often starts with personal work. In this weekend intensive, you will explore the ways your past relationships may be influencing your current behaviors and ways to say goodbye to those experiences that may be holding you back from the connected, thriving relationship you desire. You will also learn how to develop a more conscious relational self, allowing you to become more aware of what you look for in a partner, how you are in relationship, and how to handle conflict in current and future relationships.
The workshop is structured to give you practice with communication skills that you can apply to all of your relationships in your life, and you get to practice them with others in the workshop! The level of sharing and connection that we create in our three days together is really something special.
You will:
Learn new skills to help you show up authentically in relationships
Say goodby to old patterns that are holding you back
Explore why you pick the partners you do and how your choices can be healing
Examine how you show up in relationships and practice skills to decrease conflict in current and future relationships
Create a vision of your thriving future
This weekend is appropriate for ALL individuals, those who are single, divorced, widowed, and those who are currently in relationship. The Keeping the Love You Find weekend intensive is based on the book and teachings of Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt. KLYF is a great follow up to the Getting the Love You Want Workshop if you are looking to deepen your personal Imago work.
We only offer Keeping the Love You Find once per year, so register early to reserve your spot!
